摘要
A rational sustained overvoltage control strategy is an important part of the power system restoration plan. In order to overcome the limitations of the sustained overvoltage static control strategy, a dynamic multi-objective sustained overvoltage control model is proposed. With the restoration sequence as the optimization period, and restoration operation as the segmentation flag, the model proposed takes the whole process into consideration. According to the demand for restoration, the objective functions adapted to restoration are defined and the risk of restoration sequence, operation time of voltage control scheme and voltage deviation of energized buses are considered. An improved strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm (SPEA2) is used to get the Pareto frontier, and the lexicographic ordering method is used to get the optimal solution. The effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by comparing and analyzing the simulation results of dynamic and static optimization in different restoration scenarios in Shandong power grid. ©, 2015 Automation of Electric Power Press.
