摘要
To solve the problem of structural strength of the overlaid rotor of the megawatt high speed permanent magnet motor, taking a 1.12MW high speed permanent magnet motor with 18 000r/min as an example, a three-dimensional finite element model of the rotor structure was established to calculate the stress of the permanent magnet and its sheath under extreme working conditions. The input variables were sheath material, magnetic insulation material, sheath thickness, interference between sheath and permanent magnet, and the calculated results of rotor stress were used as output variables to establish orthogonal test data. The sensitivity of rotor strength was analyzed by variance analysis method. At the same time, by comparing the stress effects of input variables at different levels, the selection principles of rotor structure parameters and materials are summarized. © 2021, Electrical Technology Press Co.
