A unified theory to derive the various many body states of Bose Einstein Condensates (BEC) is presented. The Bogoliubov theory of weakly interacting bosons was generalized to Bose-Einstein condensates so that a single effective Hamiltonian produces various many body ground states or metastable spin domains on an equal footing.
