摘要
To get the piston temperature, by utilizing steady temperature measurement system, piston steady-state temperatures were measured under continuous operation conditions along load characteristic curves. The test data were fitted by quadratic polynomials with nine and twenty-five different operating points respectively. Piston temperatures of some other operation conditions were calculated also. The results show that the piston temperatures rise as the increasing of rotational speed and torque respectively. The quadratic polynomial fitting method is effective for obtaining the piston temperature of middle operation conditions. This study provides a method to get piston temperatures under partial duty conditions, which is useful for the simulation of combustion and emission. © 2016, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
