In view of focusing system required high accuracy in the parallax automatic detection system, designed a precise focusing mechanism. This mechanism uses a opposite differential screw guide screw and connecting rod transmission structural form, by high-precision rails-oriented, in a laboratory environment was achieved under high-precision adjustment. Focus accuracy is 0.004 ~ 0.006mm, institutions repeat positioning accuracy
