摘要：

The modeling and reasoning with context information is the key of service intelligence. To support the intelligence of military communication services of C4ISR, a method of modeling and reasoning context information is proposed in this paper. And also a service context ontology modeling approach is presented based on capability analysis. Firstly, the concepts, relations and rules of service context meta-ontology in C4ISR communication domain are given. Then the activities that related to mission are analysed to drive the modeling of context ontology and the context reasoning is implemented based on existing ontology tool.
