摘要
Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption and low efficiency in the existing lightweight packet cipher algorithms, the paper presents a new lightweight packet cipher algorithm: LPEA-I. It is based on the unbalanced Feistel structure to design a simple and high efficiency frame, and uses a few improvement measures, such as the pseudo-random transformation, the new S-box function, the new round-function and so on, to improve its performance in the resource-constrained devices. The simulation results show that the LPEA-I algorithm has the advantages of high computational efficiency and low resource occupancy, and it is suitable for wireless sensor network devices with limited resource and low performance hardware. © 2018, ICPE Electra Publishing House.
