摘要
This paper proposes the use of radial basis function networks in modelling of frequency characteristics of symmetrical pre-twisted blades. A pertinent application of such a model is the reconstruction of the blade parameters based on the resonance operating conditions. It is shown in the paper that radial basis models provide satisfactory results with limited training data pairs and the outputs are compared with three-layer perceptron employing sigmoidal functions.
