摘要
The pollution flashover voltage is affected by the kinds and quantities of the non-soluble materials on surfaces of the insulators. However, the effect is neglected in the artificial pollution tests. Based on the artificial test, the paper presents the effect. By using the solid layer methods, the experimental results show that not only non-soluble deposit density but also equivalent salt deposit density and the flashover voltage are affected by the Kieselguhr consistence under the same salt consistence. With the increase of the Kieselguhr consistence, equivalent salt deposit density increases and the flashover voltage decreases, moreover, a power function can be used to present the influence on 50% flashover voltage. Under the same equivalent salt deposit density, the 50% flashover voltages will decrease with the increase of non-soluble deposit density. There is influence of the kinds of non-soluble materials on flashover voltage, the flashover voltage of insulators with Kieselguhr as the non-soluble material is higher than that of insulators with Kaolin.
