By using the Kriging method which is based on China Reference ionosphere (CRI), the method for reconstruction of ionospheric foF2 in China region is proposed. In this method the regional variant is adopted as the relative difference between the estimated and the CRI modeled values of foF2. Considering the temporal and spatial pertinence of the ionosphere foF2, the ionospheric distance, latitude factor and longitude factor are introduced and the Kriging method is proposed for the reconstruction of ionospheric foF2 in China region. The estimation of the reconstruction accuracy is done by using the ionospheric sounding data in China region and the simulations of the ionospheric reconstruction, which practices the ionospheric reconstruction in China region. © Copyright.
