The brief characteristic and analytical review of the management systems (MS) of the bit network synchronization (BNS) used in Russian and Ukraine are presented. The following four modern BNS MS are compared: TimePictra (firm Symmetricom, USA), SyneViw (Oscilloquartz, Switzerland), LYNX (Gillam-FEi, Belgium) and EPSYNC Manager (Tekelec Systems, France).
