摘要
In the present study, a generalized solution for the vibration of gold nano-beam resonator subjected to thermal shock is developed by using two-temperature generalized thermoelasticity without energy dissipation model. Sate-space and Laplace transform methods are used to determine the temperature, the lateral vibration, the stress, the strain, the displacement, and stress-strain energy of the beam. A numerical example of nano beam in femtoseconds scale has been calculated to illustrate the effect of the two-temperature parameter on all the studied fields. © 2016 American Scientific Publishers All rights reserved.
