摘要
This paper discusses scheme of centralized exploitation and large-scale delivery of wind and solar energies in west China especially plateau area based on flexible DC grid. Energy resources and ecological regimes in plateau, non-plateau and neighboring areas in west China are compared and analyzed. Flexible DC grid structure and delivery method is proposed. Overall objectives and main tasks of research content are presented. Key technologies and equipment are discussed in respect of DC breaker and flexible DC grid protective relaying. This paper provides a reference for exploitation and utilization of renewable resources in west China especially plateau area. © 2016, Power System Technology Press. All right reserved.
