Dong Guan Nine Dragons Paper Industries Co, China, has ordered an 1,100 ton-per-day recycled kraft linerboard machine. The feedstock for the machine is supposed to be American old corrugated containers. America Chung Nam Inc, Calif, is the investor in the project. Nine Dragons Paper supplies 600,000 tons-per-year of kraft linerboard and is targeting capacity of million tons by the end of 2002.
