摘要
The nominal composition of Pb0.93La0.07(Zr0.52, Ti0.48)O3 ferroelectric ceramics with the average grain size of 1-2 μm in tetragonal structure was prepared through a conventional solid-state synthesis route. The in-situ XRD measurements under the applications of different DC electric fields were carried out by employing a self-made electric loading device and a commercial X-ray diffractometer. The percentages of 90° domain switching were calculated through the analyses in relative peak intensities of (002) and (200), and compared with those obtained by ex-situ measurements. The behaviors of electric induced domain switching before and after the applications of electric fields were preliminary investigated. It was found that a domains as high as 7% would reorient right after the moment by unloading electric field.
