摘要
The introduction of adaptive quality-control strategy (AQCS) is presented for the progressive reduction of the amount of inspecton for customer satisfaction. This approach allows the minimum amount of inspection required, yet respecting the required average outgoing quality limit (AQOL). The acceptance-sampling plans estabilished are single-sampling plans in AQCS for greater inspection savings. It is proved that amount of inspection required is reduced to 50% using AQCS approach.
