摘要
Due to the high magnetic performance and nano effect, magnetic nanoparticles have been widely used in the biomaterial field, including bio-separation, magnetic targeting, drug delivery and hyperthermia treatment and have been used for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agent in clinical practice for diagnostic applications. In this review, recent progress in the field of magnetic nanoparticles was summarized, and the method of design and construction of magnetic nanoparticles was expounded thoroughly. Finally, their applications in the field of biomedicine, such as drug delivery, magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic hyperthermia were discussed. © 2020, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
