摘要
Several metallophthalocyanine derivatives, including CoPc(NO2)4, CoPc(NO2)4, CoPc(NH2)4 and CoPc(NO2)2(NH2)2 have been synthesized and their structures have been verified by IR, UV-Vis and elemental analysis. The third-order non-linear optical coefficient x(3) of these phthalocyanines were measured by degenerated four-wave mixing (DFWM) technique. To the same substituted phthalocyanine, copper as central metal atom has more x(3) value than cobalt. Although the donor and acceptor substitutes have the same effect, x(3) value is still larger than that of the corresponding unsubsititute phthalocyanine. In addition, push-pull substituted phthalocyanine owns largest x(3) value among these metallophthalocyanine derivatives. The effect of metal atoms and peripheral substitutes on the magnitude of the third-order non-linear optical substitutes were also discussed by the mechanism.
