摘要
Process Mining in Intralogistics: A Holistic Process Model. The application of process mining opens up a wide range of possibilities for logistics, such as the identification of bottlenecks, the optimization of throughput times and the more efficient use of resources. However, in an area as dynamic and vulnerable as logistics, there are specific challenges that make the application of process mining difficult and therefore require special attention. A structured approach is therefore required to successfully implement process mining in practice. This publication presents a methodology that supports companies in effectively integrating process mining into their internal logistics operations. It includes project initialization, the extraction and preparation of the data to be analyzed, the execution of analyses, the interpretation of the results and the derivation of measures. © 2024 Walter de Gruyter GmbH, Berlin/Boston, Germany.
