摘要
Reliability, stealth and other design indicators for marine shafting was decided by shafting alignment and vibration characteristics, both of which are coupled with each other. A motor driving shafting was taken as the research object, and its linear alignment calculation was carried out to obtain load coefficients of each bearing. Influence of propeller hydrodynamic force on the shafting alignment and tits optimization was studied, and influence of the state of shafting alignment on the vibration of the shafting was researched. Multi-disciplinary coupling optimization model was established, with the vertical displacement of the rear stern bearing of the shafting taken as a variable parameter. Solution of this model was obtained, which could provide a reference for improving the design quality of marine shafting. © 2019, Editorial Office of Ship Building of China. All right reserved.
