Expansion of the power power plant in East Kalimantan, Indonesia, undertaken by Rolls-Royce is presented. The project consists of 23 MW, RB211-6562 dual-fuel combined-cycle generating set and includes supervision of installation as well as commissioning and long term service agreement. Successful introduction of the gas turbine technology along with the customer satisfaction level in the RB211-6562 gen-sets which provides Rolls-Royce with real sales opportunities in the future are also elaborated.
