The Houston Chronicle's motion to the US Appeals court against overseeing the criminal cases against three Enron executives is discussed. The Federal prosecutors in the Enron case have said they do not oppose the Chronicle's motion to unseal transcripts and open the motion. The explanation given by Judge Hoyt is also presented.
