Investigation of a high-power synchronized self-excited oscillator based on a compound active device

摘要
The output cascade of a short-wave transmitter with single-band or frequency modulation can be implemented in the form of a power synchronized self-exited oscillator (SSEO) on a compound active device (CAD). In this work, the properties of the SSEO on the CAD, as an output cascade of a radio transmitter, are analyzed on the basis of the experimental data and mathematical modeling. It is concluded that the SSEO of such type has acceptable energy characteristics and can be ascribed to the SSEO class with a prevailing asynchronous component.
