The pathogenesis of Lupus Choroidopathy is unclear. The presence of this disorder usually indicates severe systemic involvement of the disease. A review of Systemic Lupus Erythromatosus (SLE), ocular manifestations, differential diagnosis of Lupus Choroidopathy and management is presented.
