Method to fabricate holographic elements of 2D free-space optical crossover interconnections with cylinder lenses

摘要
According to different interconnection function to assign different exposed area, 2D n×n elements free-space optical crossover interconnections in red sensitive photopolymer holographic plate were fabricated with He-Ne laser of 630 nm wavelength through tow lenses. The exposure times with this method is less than the way to expose one by one for interconnection elements. The first stage n×n elements interconnections only need two exposure times. The more interconnection points, the more advantages, because exposure times are independent of the number of interconnection points.
