The spectra of magnetic oscillations and waves in plates of single-crystal BaFe12-2xTixCoxO19 (x = 0.5,0.8,1.1) (x = 0.5,0.8, and 1.1) are studied in the frequency band 1.5-50 GHz. They are analyzed as functions of the magnitude and direction of magnetic bias field &rarrH0 relative to the &rarrC axis normal to the surface of a plate. For a tangentially magnetized uniaxial ferrite plate, the experimental and calculated cutoff frequencies of the excitation spectrum depending of the magnetic bias field are compared. Saturation magnetizations and the first uniaxial anisotropy constants are determined for the samples under study.
