摘要
In order to improve the comprehensive properties of stainless steel, Ni-P-Al2O3 coatings were successfully prepared by ultrasonic electroless deposition on the surface of 304 stainless steel. The plating rate, microhardness and composition of Ni-P-Al2O3 composite coatings were investigated by using electronic analytical balance, microhardness tester and X-ray diffraction. The results indicate that when the Al2O3 concentration was 2 g/L, the plating rate and microhardness of Ni-P-Al2O3 coatings were 8.7 μm/h and 760 Hv, respectively. While bath temperature maintained at 85°C, the plating rate and microhardness of the coatings were 8.4 μm/h and 747 Hv, respectively. There were Ni, Ni3P and Al2O3 in Ni-P-Al2O3 coatings.
