摘要
Based on the field data recorded at the heights of 10 m and 30 m in Shanghai Pudong Airport Field Measurement Basement when the typhoon Haikui was coming, the spectra of fluctuating wind speed, as well as the correlation of longitudinal, lateral and vertical components of fluctuating wind speed were studied. It is shown that: the measured spectra fit well with the Von Karman spectra, which could describe the distribution of turbulent kinetic energy of Pudong District precisely. The spectrum value is sensitive to the variation of the mean wind speed, and the turbulent kinetic energy of high wind speed is greater in inertial sub-range. Measured cross-spectrums in low and high frequencies are in good agreement with the Kaimal correction spectrum. Cross correlation coefficients ρuw at various heights remain stable with the changes of average wind speed, while cross correlation coefficients ρuw and ρvw at various heights have relatively large discrete with the changes of average wind speed, and cross correlation coefficient ρuw increases with height. © 2017, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock.
