Fast and accurate estimation of blank shape and strain distribution for sheet metal forming

摘要
Fast AMP System was based on Inverse Approach of FE and quadrilateral element model, fully developed for sheet metal forming simulation and die design and analysis. The typical example L_Box was provided and simulated in FastAMP system to get the blank shape and strain distribution. The results are compared with experimental ones and the simulation results from commercial software AutoForm, which verifies that FastAMP system can be used to obtain the blank shape of stamping part with high precision effectively and rapidly.
