Full plane-wave Born approximation calculations were used to investigate the bound-free electron-positron pair production in relativistic heavy-ion collisions. In the final states, exact Dirac wave functions were used for bound electron and the free positron. The cross sections for different ions and different bound states were evaluated for the investigation. Graphical representation of different cross sections on the ion charge Z is presented.
