摘要
The data obtained as a result of comparison of theoretical models of dielectric properties of soils with the data obtained directly from subsurface radar sounding are considered in the paper. It is shown that the frequency dispersion of attenuation factor is much less as the frequency dispersion of radio-wave propagation velocity is much more than it is described in the theoretical models. A possible physical mechanism of these phenomena is proposed to be concerned with the influence of the surrounding soil pressure on soil fractions and soil pores. © 2015 by Begell House, Inc.
