摘要
The manned-spacecraft maintainability design system is studied and the contents of this system is declared, including maintainability design, maintainability verification, maintainability evaluation and maintainability management. The maintainability design contains maintenance rules finalization, maintenance request analysis, maintenance task planning, maintenance mode design, etc. The maintainability verification contains maintenance test planning, simulation verification, actual test verification and on-orbit verification. The maintainability evaluation contains spacecraft engineer evaluation and astronaut evaluation. The maintainability management integrates maintainability design, verification and evaluation, which will be put into the actual execution. This paper can be the reference for the development of manned-spacecraft on-orbit maintainability design. © 2016, Chinese Institute of Electronics. All right reserved.
