摘要
The partial and total photoionization cross sections from the initial ground state of atomic Br to the final Br+3 components across the autoionization resonances was presented. The bound and continuum wave functions in the nonrelativistic limit were calculated by the multiconfiguration Hartree-Fock (MCHF) method. The effect of spin-orbit interactions in the photoionization of atomic Br was determined by the Breit-Pauli approximation.
