摘要:
This paper present the wind energy resources and discusses the electricity supply network for the development of wind power in the Xinjiang autonomous region, China. The current wind power development on Xinjiang is described. Applying the raw ten minutes average wind speed data measured in Dabancheng wind farm in 1993 and 2004, the wind energy resources are assessed in detail. The conclusions for the further development of large scale wind power in Xinjiang region are discussed.
