摘要
To minimize the torque ripple of a position sensorless brushless DC (BLDC) motor, on the basis of a traditional speed and current control, a closed-loop power module and a phase control strategy of the stage have been presented. The presented three closed-loop control method can reduce the bus current ripple and the torque ripple of the motor effectively. First, the BLDC motor control model was built. The method of the closed-loop power control was adopted and the theory was analyzed. Second, the simulation results verified the theory conclusions. Finally, the torque of prototype was suppressed in the vicinity of rated value by using the presented method and there is no obvious commutation torque ripple. The results show that the presented method has a suppression effect on the torque ripple compared with the conventional control method. © 2017, Harbin University of Science and Technology Publication.
