摘要
Aiming at the management difficulty problem of complicated and reverse process information in assembly process design of complex product, the process-based structural assembly process model was built by analyzing the business procedure of assembly process information, and a new design method based on process was also put forward. The implementation method of key technologies such as assembly process reuse based on examples, assembly process design based on templates, reverse process information control for assembly manufacturing and resource management for structural assembly were proposed. A software system was explored and applied to validate the feasibility of the proposed method.
