How to effectively cultivate college students' oral English communication ability is an important content to improve students' comprehensive English ability as well as an important aspect to promote college English teaching to serve for the social production. And it is also an important path to promote the development of college English teaching. With the constant development of the computer and network information technology, it has become one of the important research subjects for the majority of college English educators to take computer technology as the media coupled with the English oral teaching process to create a good language learning environment and achieve network and information oriented oral English teaching.
