摘要
Aiming at the problem of significant increase of uncertainty in new type power system, a transmission expansion planning model considering scenario temporal correlation is proposed. The scenario temporal sequence is adopted to represent the uncertainty, and future power system operation is simulated considering the temporal constraints of thermal power units. In order to better focus on the selection of planning scheme, the hierarchical objective function is used to separate the investment cost and operating cost. In order to reduce the model computational complexity, a loop optimization modeling method is proposed to solve the model. The proposed model and non-temporal planning model are applied to Garver’s 6-bus system, IEEE 24-bus system, and Northwest China 38-bus system for comparison, and the results show that the proposed model can obtain more realistic planning results. © 2024 Electric Power Automation Equipment Press.
