摘要
The vanadyl porphyrins in Iran vacuum residue were separated by Soxhlet extraction with solid-phase extraction (SPE), and then were characterized by atmospheric pressure photoionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (APPI FT-ICR MS). The results showed that vanadyl porphyrins could be separated from nickel porphyrins and enriched by SPE. When acetonitrile was used as the extraction solvent, vanadyl porphyrins with Z number ranging from -28 to -46 and carbon number ranging from 25 to 55 were detected. The most plentiful type of vanadyl porphyrins in Iran vacuum residue was deoxophylloerythroetioporphyrins (DPEP), followed by etioporphyrins (ETIO). Vanadyl porphyrins in Iran vacuum residue were characterized efficiently by combining sample pretreatment with APPI FT-ICR MS technique.
