摘要
The planning, construction, operation, and maintenance of deepwater platforms and liquefied natural gas facilities, require holistic project planning and superior execution. A key component of holistic project planning is work-force development that reconciles business and government requirements, as well as national development drivers. Such a plan must include how the company will recruit; develop; and, most importantly, retain national talent as well as measure the effectiveness and progress of the plan.
