摘要
Investigations on broadband optical parametric amplification (OPA) are presented. Weak chirped-pulses are effectively amplified to milli-Joule level in short nonlinear crystals when pumped by frequency-doubled YAG lasers. The gain and spectral characteristics of chirped-pulse signals under different pumping conditions are analyzed.
