Research on decoupling control of three-port converter in photovoltaic-battery generation system

Three-port DC-DC converter based on dual active bridge is one of the key facilities in photovoltaic-battery generation system. The coupling degree is much strong between its two control loops. Two strategies for decoupling are proposed based on small signal model and large signal model. A 400 W experimental prototype was built for verification. The results show that two strategies can both reduce the coupling degree. Meanwhile, the effect of strategy based on large signal model is less sensitive to operation points and is better in most operation conditions compared with strategy based on small signal model. © 2022, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd.
