The standardization of construction site management for highway project is essential for the project success. Therefore, it is imperative to carry out the maturity evaluation for construction site standardization management which could make the operation of project more orderly and effective. Firstly, this paper established a two-dimension maturity model of highway construction site standardization management and constructed corresponding evaluation index system according to the two-dimension in terms of maturity level and construction site management elements. Then the maturity could be evaluated based on the multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method innovatively, the index weight was calculated by AHP at the same time, and the maturity level of site standardization management was concluded. In the end, through an empirical example, the maturity evaluation by AHP-FUZZY was verified to be effective for the highway construction site standardization management and could be improved continuously according to the update of standardized construction knowledge so that to foster enterprise's competitiveness.
