摘要
The technology of recovering Li from waste lithium ion positive electrode by reduction roasting and the change of Li reduction products and their morphology during reduction roasting were studied. The influences of calcination temperature, calcination time and reducing agent amount on Li hydrogenation leaching were studied by using the control variable method and single factor experiment. X-ray diffractometer and SEM-EDS were used to characterize the materials during the reduction roasting, and then the thermodynamics of the roasting process was calculated by Factsage software to comprehensively explain the existence forms of Li reduced products at different temperatures and the existence conditions of different forms during the reduction roasting. The results show that when the roasting temperature is 650℃, the roasting time is 3 h and the carbon mass fraction is 20%, the leaching rate of Li reaches 90.33%. With the increase of calcination temperature from 500℃ to 750℃, the formation difficulty of Li2CO3 and the stable area of low-priced valuable metal increases. Roasting at high temperature for a long time has inhibitory effect on the formation of Li2CO3 when the carbon content is lower than 10%, but increasing the carbon content has greater impact on the reduction reaction, and the carbon content is less affected when the carbon content is higher than 10%. © 2020, Central South University Press.
