摘要
A new type of pre-ionization-PCB (printed circuit board) pre-ionization is studied. As a distributing capacitor's coupling apparatus, PCB preionizer is placed on both sides of the main discharge electrodes and creates quite uniform pre-ionization. Output characteristics of a mini TEA CO2 laser using PCB pre-ionization are measured at different pressures of the laser media.
