摘要
This paper reports analysis of the distributed FET model. The distributed FET model was effective to construct the equivalent circuit of FETs that have large and complex layout. To confirm the advantages of the distributed FET model, a 30 GHz 1 W MMIC amplifier and a 23 GHz 1.4 W MMIC amplifier were designed. The results of the fabricated MMIC were in good agreement with simulation.
