摘要
The structure of large-scale roller bearing has strong load carrying capacity, so it is often used in the system of low-speed operation. In wind power technology, large-scale bearings are used and its reliability is very important. In this paper, the characteristics of two kinds of bearing structures are analysed and then the finite element model is used to simulate the large-scale roller bearing with the load distribution and size of contact angle under actual working conditions. By constructing several large-scale roller bearing support models, the influence of its structure and hardness on its mechanical properties can be established. Finally, the parameters optimization is carried out for channel spacing, to find the most suitable value between the two channels to improve the service life of roller bearings. © 2019.
