State Institute for Designing the Enterprises of Coke and By-Product Industry (Giprokoks) is known in many countries. The Institute developed coke and by-product plants in India, China, Finland and other countries. However, sharp competition is observed in modern market. This leads to necessity to improve design plans and certification. Quality system of the Institute has been improved. This has made it possible to take part in reconstruction of coke oven batteries at Russian plants.
