摘要
Manufacturing is the main source of carbon emissions in China, Machine tools are considered as machine run tool of manufacturing industry, thus reducing the main components manufacturing of the key process of carbon emissions is the key step that achieve the reducing carbon task of 2020. The production, processing, using, recycling and transporting of machine tool are analysis, based on the analysis of machine tool parts life cycle stage and its key carbon emission process. A carbon system running model of machine tool parts based on life cycle perspective is presented. Then the carbon emissions quantitative model are established based on the material flow, energy flow and environmental emission flow, it can be used to identify and analyze the various stages of carbon emissions. A case of spindle sleeve is introduced to analyze, carbon emissions of the life cycle process was calculated. The process parameters and the machining process are analyzed and optimized based on the carbon emission. The corresponding emission reduction strategy are put forward which can provide quantitative methods and ideas for the life cycle management of carbon emission in Chinese machine tool parts. © 2017 Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
