摘要
Wind tunnel test was carried out on three variants of MIRA (Motor Industry Research Association) reference car models different in rear configuration. Aerodynamic characteristics of three car models under crosswind conditions were comparatively analyzed with test data, and the prediction capability of steady numerical simulation was examined. Results show that for 0°~20° yaw, the error of drag and side force coefficient is no more than 10% for each car model, and of all pressure taps, the error of pressure coefficient less than 50% accounts for over 80%, while surface pressure is poorly calculated mostly where flow is so complicated that separation or reattachment tends to happen, such as the underbody and the leeward side. © 2018, Editorial Department of Journal of Tongji University.
